Our pieces are designed with an elevated streetwear aesthetic, which means some items are intentionally oversized while others have a more tailored fit. Each product description specifies whether the piece runs true to size, oversized, or slim fit.

SHAO Bespoke is our fully custom garment service, where each piece is designed and created specifically for you. The process includes over 45 precise measurements, design consultations using visual reference boards, technical specifications, pattern development, and full garment construction.

Clients may visit our atelier at 511 Canal Street, New York, or complete the process remotely through virtual consultations and fittings via Zoom. Our team will guide you through fabrics, trims, and design details to develop a garment tailored to your vision.

SHAO Bespoke is often chosen for red carpet, editorial, special occasion pieces, and elevated wardrobe staples.

Clients can select from an extensive library of fabrics sourced from renowned mills including Loro Piana, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Dormeuil, Huddersfield, Style Biella, and Escorial.

Our house fabrics range from Super 120s to Super 150s wool, alongside premium Italian silks, wedding fabrics, and shirting from Thomas Mason, Albini, and Loro Piana.

We also offer vegan and ethical fabric options, including 100% bamboo. Custom printing, dyeing, embellishments, and specialized design elements can be incorporated depending on the garment.

Bespoke garments typically require 10–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric selection.

For select projects, rush production under 4 weeks may be available with an additional rush fee.

Each SHAO Bespoke garment is a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for the client, and therefore cannot be returned once production has begun.

Complimentary adjustments are provided within one month of delivery to ensure the garment meets our standards. Additional refinements can be completed through our in-house alteration service.
