How do SHAO New York sizes run?

SHAO New York uses a genderless numerical sizing system, ranging from 0-50. Our pieces are designed with an elevated streetwear aesthetic, which means some items are intentionally oversized while others have a more tailored fit. Each product description specifies whether the piece runs true to size, oversized, or slim fit.

What if I'm between sizes?

For oversized styles: Size down for a more fitted look, stay true to size for the intended streetwear silhouette For fitted styles: Size up if you're between sizes For denim: Stay true to size - our denim will shape to your body with wear

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of your order, please email hello@shaonewyork.com.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modifications. Contact hello@shaonewyork.com immediately for assistance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. For accurate rates, add items to your cart and enter your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu at checkout to see prices in your local currency. International duties and taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery times:

• US Orders: 7-14 business days
• International Orders: 14-21 business days
• NYC Messenger Delivery: Available for most local orders. A signature is required upon arrival.

What is SHAO's return policy?

• Full-price items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Sale items: All sale items are FINAL SALE
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted

How do I make a return?

Email hello@shaonewyork.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping address. Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• For international orders, duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Include your order number with your return
• Package items securely with all original tags attached

When will I receive my refund?
