  1. Consultation — discuss the garment, its purpose, and your visual brief. We pull the current Loro Piana bunches and identify fabrics matched to your intent.
  2. Measurement — 45+ precision measurements. First-time clients receive a fitting muslin before cloth is cut.
  3. Design resolution — silhouette, structure, lining, detail agreed before a single cut is made.
  4. Construction — handmade in our New York atelier with full canvas and hand finishing.
  5. Fittings & delivery — minimum two fittings; adjustments included. Standard lead time 10–14 weeks.
