How to Spot a Scam

Email:
SHAO will never email you from a free or public domain (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
Our official emails always end in @shaonewyork.com.
Unsure? Forward the message to us, and we’ll verify its legitimacy.

Social Media:
Official SHAO accounts are always verified.
We will never send direct messages requesting payment, credit card details, or access to personal accounts.

Websites & Online Stores:
Authentic SHAO pieces are sold exclusively on our official website and select verified stockists.
Be wary of sites advertising "exclusive deals," deep discounts, or requiring cryptocurrency or wire transfers as payment.

What to Do If You Spot a Scam

Email hello@shaonewyork.com with the subject line “Scam Report.”
Include any suspicious links, screenshots, or messages.
For scam emails, please attach the original message if possible.
